The Clearwater Writers Block is a group of 30+ authors of historical fiction, romance, fantasy, horror, memoir, Florida stories, non-fiction, poetry, and more.

Our concept is to promote opportunities to showcase Clearwater’s local writing talent. We started this literary tradition with the first Clearwater Writers Block event in March 2025, held at Aspirations Winery. Our party drew book lovers from Clearwater, St. Pete, Tampa, and beyond.
